- All tickets will be sold online and issued electronically only.
- The price of the ticket shall be the price set at the time the order for the ticket is accepted. Ticket prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.
- Each ticket entitles only a single Attendee to enter the Venue of the Event on specified date(s) of the Event.
- Transfer of the ticket to a known acquaintance can be done with prior intimation to the Success Gyan team.
- Recording, Live Streaming, and Videotaping by the Attendee is not allowed. Attendees shall not record, upload, distribute, share, save or broadcast/publish/display audio or video of sessions of the Event in any form, mode, media and format.
- Success Gyan will not be responsible for any ticket that is lost, stolen, or destroyed.
- Speaker/Luminary/Dignitaries line-up and participation displayed in any advertisement or promotional medium are subject to change.
- Success Gyan reserves the right to amend or modify the terms of the Event without intimation to the Attendee, including without limitation the schedule of the Event.
- Outside eatables, beverages, bottles, cans, tins, bags, laptops or hazardous substances or dangerous objects including but not limited to arms & ammunition, knives, guns, fireworks, helmets, laser devices, bottles, musical instruments, lighters, match boxes, aerosol, and other flammable items, are not allowed inside the Event venue. Success Gyan reserves the right to confiscate these items and evict the Attendee from the Event if he/she is found to be in possession of such items.
- Success Gyan shall not provide storage facilities for any items or belongings carried by an Attendee to the Event. Attendees are advised not to carry any items that would require a storage facility.
- Success Gyan reserves the right, without refund of any amount paid, to refuse admission to, and/or eject any person whose behavior does not comply with the rules and regulations set forth by us and/or the venue.
- Success Gyan reserves the right to postpone, cancel, interrupt, or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond its reasonable control.
- Attendees are advised to take necessary precautions if they suffer from any medical condition that may have an adverse effect on their health during the Event. If an Attendee is carrying any medication in the form of drugs or otherwise, it is his/her sole responsibility to verify whether such medication is legally allowed at the Event venue. Basic first aid will be made available where necessary. However, Success Gyan is not responsible for any injury, harm, or damage, of any kind that may occur during, at, or around the Event.
- The participation and content shared by various Speaker/Luminary/Dignitaries at the Event are purely intended for the purpose of general awareness. Success Gyan shall not be liable for any claims, resulting from Speaker/Luminary/Dignitaries content and participation at the Event.
- Purchasing the ticket implies acceptance of all the Terms & Conditions of the Event.
- We are committed to providing a safe environment for all participants of the Event and making it free from discrimination on any ground, and from harassment, including sexual harassment. We will operate a zero-tolerance policy for any form of sexual harassment. All incidents and complaints will be taken seriously, and offenders will be immediately handed over to the appropriate authorities.
- Attendees must take care of their personal belongings. Success Gyan shall not be responsible for any loss or damage at, during, or around the Event.
- Venue rules apply in addition to the above.
